这里面有详细的说明。其实是跟你购买的机票有关，购买的时候应该有一个退改签政策，根据航空公司的退改签政策退款，同时edream也有一个手续费，分为：
No service option selected: £25 for any Booking modification or cancellation
Basic Service Option: £20 for any Booking modification or cancellation
Standard and Premium: Cancellation and changes free of charge (except for the fees charged by the airline)


前提都要看你买机票的时候选择了什么。
